Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition (unused, unassembled, with all original tags and packaging)
- The original proof of purchase is provided
- The item is not listed below as non-returnable
NOTE:
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Grinding & Cutting Wheels (once opened/used)
- Sanding Discs, Belts & Sheets (once opened/used)
- Drill & Driver Bits (once used)
- Power Saw Blades (once used)
- Opened containers of Painting Supplies (paints, solvents, etc.)
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship Your Return – Send the package to our warehouse at: Returns Department

- Receive Your Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send you the replacement item.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
